Our Core Programmes
Personalised Support
Our 昀氀agship activity is delivering an intensive programme of career support for 3,000+
undergraduates across the UK.
A key feature of the upReach programme is the highly personalised and tailored nature of
the support we offer to undergraduates. Each Associate is assigned a dedicated Programme
Coordinator, who they work closely with on a 1-to-1 basis. Associates are supported through
every step of their career journey - from discovering different career paths to developing the
skills, networks and experiences needed to succeed in securing a top graduate role - and beyond.
