Our growth since 2012 wouldn’t have been possible without two key enablers.
Our people:
Over the last 12 years, we have grown from a small London start-up to a mediumsized charity, with a team of more than 80 people based across the UK. There would
be no upReach without our people, and the uniquely personal connections they form
with our undergraduates.
Our technology:
Our work is powered by dedicated technology which helps us deliver, evaluate and
report on our programmes. This includes an award-winning platform which gives our
undergraduates access to exclusive resources and opportunities.
Over the next three years, we will scale up both our people and our technology, focusing on areas
which best support our 2027 goals.
